Our Lunch Time strictly Start from 12 .30 PM TO 2.30 PM. Clients arriving after 3pm will only be served afternoon tea with biting’s please alert - Single room rate policy: A maximum of 2 single rooms per group will be confirmed at single rates. Thereafter the applicable double rates will be applied.
- Daily check in is from 12.00 pm and check out is at 10.00 am. Special Considerations may be made for early check in extended departures subject to availability.

1.Infants 0-2 years stay free.
2.Children aged 3-11 years sharing with adults pay 50% and if in own rooms 75%.
3.Children above 12 years pay adult rate.
- 0-14 days prior to the date NO refund will be made.
- 15-30 days 25% refund or post pone a later date subject to availability.
- 30-60 days 50% refund or postpone a later date subject to availability.
- 60 days and above full amount is refundable excluding bank charges
